About EY Cyber Security – IAM
- Work within EY’s Risk Consulting & Cyber Security team delivering Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Support clients in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Forgerock IAM platforms.
- Build and maintain internal and client relationships, escalating risks and identifying business opportunities.
- Collaborate across EY teams to drive high-quality, secure, and scalable IAM deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Forgerock IAM projects including OpenAM, OpenDS, OpenIDM, and OpenIG implementations.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and authorization workflows per business requirements.
- Design scalable IAM architectures in standalone and clustered environments.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using Java, JavaScript, and Groovy for OpenAM/OpenIDM workflows.
- Troubleshoot access management and platform issues, ensuring seamless client operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and report findings to senior team members.
- Mentor and coach junior IAM consultants and team members.
- Contribute to RFP responses, project proposals, and solution designs.
- Maintain high-quality deliverables adhering to EY standards.
Skills & Attributes
- Hands-on expertise in Forgerock OpenAM, OpenDS, OpenIDM, and OpenIG.
- Strong experience in IAM implementations, SSO, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
- Proficient in Core Java, JavaScript, Groovy scripting, and LDAP protocols.
- Familiarity with application servers: Tomcat, WebLogic.
- Experience in cloud/on-prem deployments, clustering, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in Identity & Access Management, Forgerock implementations, or security consulting.
- Certifications (Desirable): Forgerock AM-100, AM-400, AM-410, AM-421.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Client-facing experience with on-site and offshore coordination.
