About SaT – Transaction Diligence
- The Strategy & Transactions (SaT) team helps clients optimize capital allocation and make informed investment decisions.
- Focus areas include transaction due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessment, and valuations.
- Clients include corporates, private equity firms, family businesses, and educational institutions.
- The role provides exposure to Connected Capital Solutions (CCS): Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy & Integrate, Sell & Separate, and Reshaping Results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial due diligence and transaction advisory projects.
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment analysis.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and commercial assessments to support deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all project outputs.
