About the Role
As a Senior Oracle Finance Consultant, you will play a critical role in Oracle ERP and Fusion Financials implementations, supporting clients across finance, accounts, and supply chain functions. You will help deliver end-to-end finance transformation solutions, including functional design, testing, and client enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements using AIM, OUM, or other methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, design reviews, and workshops.
- Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial modules and interpret functional requirements.
- Design module-specific solutions within the context of integrated Oracle Fusion.
- Lead Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
- Support SIT, UAT, and end-user training, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with Project Management Office (PMO) to meet timelines and milestones.
- Handle client interactions, mentoring team members, and offshore delivery coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience in full life cycle implementations with at least one Fusion implementation.
- Functional expertise in finance, accounts, project accounting, and supply chain modules.
- Client-facing experience and ability to translate requirements into functional designs.
- Proficiency in documentation, test case preparation, and solution design.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.
- Must have a valid passport; client site travel/business travel involved.
Education & Experience
- CA / CWA / MBA in Finance
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials, including 2+ years in Fusion Financials
- Experience in project accounting and supply chain modules preferred
