Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects (10+) and large teams (30+ members) across infrastructure and public sector programs.
- Apply structured problem-solving skills and financial acumen to deliver data-backed solutions.
- Quickly interpret complex problem statements across sectors and guide teams toward actionable solutions.
- Engage with senior government stakeholders (IAS officers) to present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights.
- Support capital allocation, project finance, and strategic decision-making for government and public sector initiatives.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate cross-sector collaboration, combining expertise from agriculture, education, water resources, irrigation, power, and industry sectors.
- Mentor teams and encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the consulting group.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree from an IIM or equivalent, and/or undergraduate degree from IIT.
- Willingness to relocate to Chandigarh for 12–24 months.
- 12–15+ years of consulting, infrastructure advisory, or public sector project experience.
- Experience working with senior government stakeholders and departments is mandatory.
