Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality change management initiatives for global client projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR transformation, organizational change, and digital HR strategies.
- Manage client communication, project cadence, and build relationships across global locations.
- Support development of thought leadership, tools, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities.
- Drive practice growth by collaborating with EY global offices and supporting demand generation for change management projects.
- Build change management capability within GDS and across EY member firms.
- Ensure project deliverables meet global standards and client expectations through rigorous internal reviews.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources.
- 6–9 years of experience in global change management and HR transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with digital HR tools, ERP implementations, learning design, and behavioral interventions.
- Familiarity with APMG, PROSCI®, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of HCM cloud platforms (Oracle, SAP) and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to design and execute stakeholder workshops, communication strategies, and training programs.
