Key Responsibilities
As a Senior IAM Consultant at EY, your role will include:
- Leading and executing Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with a focus on Azure Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Designing and implementing SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), federation, and policy-driven security models.
- Supporting Azure AD B2B/B2C implementations including onboarding/offboarding apps, social login, and third-party identity provider integrations.
- Building and reviewing high-level and low-level design documents, requirement specifications, and traceability matrices.
- Assisting client application teams with MSAL libraries and API integrations.
- Troubleshooting certificate renewals, application integration, and security configurations.
- Supporting RFPs, client assessments, and security compliance discussions.
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development.
- Staying updated with Zero Trust frameworks, password-less authentication, CIAM, and cloud IAM trends.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Entra ID with 3–5 end-to-end implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Application Proxy, LDAP, Conditional Access Policies.
- Experience in SSO integration using SAML2.0, OAuth2.0, WS-Fed, and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of API integrations, REST APIs, Azure AD Graph APIs.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, CIAM, Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Hands-on scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Strong interpersonal, client-facing, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant IAM / cyber security experience.
- Certifications Preferred: CISSP, CISA, Azure IAM certifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, team leadership, and client engagement ability.
