Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic studies to evaluate socio-economic conditions in mining-affected villages.
- Perform participatory planning and need assessments with community stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend projects submitted by various stakeholders.
- Facilitate convergence across government schemes and initiatives to improve impact.
- Manage Annual Action Plan approvals at the Executive Committee and Governing Board levels.
- Oversee implementation of approved projects through regular monitoring and field visits.
- Promote community-based monitoring systems such as social audits.
- Drive action research initiatives to improve project effectiveness.
- Document success stories, lessons learned, and community impact for reporting and communication.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues related to project delays or cost over-runs.

- Strong expertise in project management for government and public sector programs.
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and improve government scheme implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.

Qualifications
- Education: Postgraduate degree (from a reputed institute with a strong academic record).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in government project implementation or consulting.
