Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage CMMS systems for Upstream, Downstream, and IGRES operations with high data accuracy.
  • Analyze technical data and engineering documents to generate actionable insights for operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain key data structures and extract technical information from drawings (PFS, PEFS, SLD).
  • Develop preventive maintenance (PM) plans based on equipment care strategies.
  • Support SAP PM planning and scheduling while ensuring data quality and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, operations, and IT teams to optimize equipment lifecycle management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CMMS efficiency and business value.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and support technical audits.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, SAP ERP, and maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to perform failure analysis, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
  • Skilled in technical documentation, data governance, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in tools like WIMS, SPI-IN, EDMS, and Maximo.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and multicultural environments.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance, CMMS, or reliability engineering.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, equipment lifecycle management, and CMMS data extraction.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM/MM modules or Maximo; ERP system knowledge preferred.
  • Professional engineering certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and locations.
