Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics with accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, enhance, and maintain recurring reporting processes and dashboards for executive and stakeholder use.
- Collaborate with Control Managers to identify and implement enhancements to reporting tools and processes.
- Drive automation and efficiency in report production using technical skills and software tools.
- Partner with Technology and Central teams to resolve data quality issues and perform user acceptance testing.
- Provide metrics and analysis to monitor the health of operational risk and compliance controls.
- Analyze feedback from oversight parties and implement remedial actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Attend cross-functional meetings and provide updates to senior management as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in reporting or analytics roles.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services within a heavily regulated global firm.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and data analytics tools such as Alteryx.
- Strong executive-level communication skills, including drafting clear, concise reports and commentary.
- Collaborative team player capable of engaging across Audit, Controls, and business groups.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced automation skills in Excel, SharePoint, PEGA, and Python.
- Experience in Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) processes.
- Familiarity with global control management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
