Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and feasibility assessment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to manage project timelines and interdependencies.
- Document adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements during product delivery.
- Participate in product or platform-wide releases, supporting deployment processes and strategies.
- Apply understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in product delivery.
- Gather feedback, track milestones, and contribute to documentation and reporting efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related domain (including internships/certifications).
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise product delivery within financial services or technology sectors.
