Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, business users, and COE members to capture, document, and assess business requirements.
- Design and optimize templates using product features and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Manage complex JSON/XML structures and apply knowledge of credit, fee, onboarding, and private banking concepts.
- Maintain control-oriented approach with compliance awareness in content management.
- Ensure content accessibility compliance, including standards for visually impaired users (ADA).
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for staff.
- Coordinate with compliance and control functions to support audits and regulatory initiatives.
- Lead and manage Agile projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress and manage backlogs using JIRA, customizing workflows to meet project needs.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer or similar content management tools.
- Proven track record as a Product Delivery Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in JIRA and Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management industry practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management product delivery.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and content accessibility requirements.
- Ability to navigate and manage complex data structures in financial products.
