Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategy and vision for merchant services that drives customer value.
• Conduct market research and discovery to uncover customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align development with strategic objectives and value propositions.
• Track and measure key success metrics including cost, functionality, reliability, and risk posture.
• Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, merchant services, or payments domain.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, design, analytics, and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, ideation, and strategic development.
• Expertise in payments processing, acquiring, acceptance, or digital payments.
• Strong background in client funding operations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex business concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business results while adhering to controls and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in matrixed, complex organizations.
• Knowledge of scalable federated development platforms.
• Interest in User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking.
• Experience writing and executing Agile user stories.
