Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, including planning, editing, and submission.
• Draft, review, and tailor responses to client requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm messaging.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across proposals.
• Engage with senior leaders and subject matter experts across investment and banking teams to gather data and validate responses.
• Maintain and support the SmartRFP tool, including user testing, content updates, and access management.
• Proofread submissions for clarity, grammar, and compliance with client specifications.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet high standards of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in RFP management, financial content creation, or proposal coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong investigative and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SmartRFP or similar RFP management tools.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed financial institution.
• Advanced editing or technical writing certification.
• Experience supporting global teams and cross-regional projects.
