Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for mortgage product development.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Document requirements, process models, and system specifications; translate into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product features from an end-user perspective.
• Apply agile methodologies including story mapping, backlog management, and scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers to refine features and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Lead communication between business and technology teams to define product features and milestones.
• Ensure documentation compliance with mortgage industry regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding and user adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and workflow tools like JIRA, Confluence, VISIO/Lucid.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the Mortgage or Lending industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations.
• Experience applying industry knowledge to technology-driven product development.
