Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering teams to define and execute product strategies for Banking Payments.
- Develop, prioritize, and clarify user stories with Product Managers, engineering leads, and leadership.
- Maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring visibility across the enterprise and to executive stakeholders.
- Support Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives alongside Agility Leads.
- Conduct pre-release validation, regression testing, and quality assurance to ensure production readiness.
- Partner with Product leads, developers, operations, and production teams to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, financial services, technology, or project management.
- Proven experience working on stakeholder-driven projects in a financial or banking environment.
- Solid understanding of development processes, database usage, and microservices architecture (Kafka, APIs).
- Ability to serve as an effective interface between business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, and Lucid.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
- Exposure to advanced payment systems and modular service architectures.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
