As a Senior Product Associate, you will design, enhance, and optimize products and features that improve the customer journey, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify new opportunities and drive customer-centric innovations.
• Plan and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of new product features on the overall customer experience.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Analyze and track product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories, maintaining JIRA hygiene and clear documentation.
• Create data mappings, diagrams, and automated tests (BDD/TDD) to support product development.
• Own the product backlog for core features and manage enhancements from inception to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, and automation teams to align on product goals.
• Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring the product vision and priorities are clearly understood.
• Incorporate AI solutions and innovative technologies to enhance the customer application experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, managing digital platforms and data-focused solutions.
• Proficiency with automation test suites, APIs, Microservices, AWS, UI, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Strong customer focus, with ability to translate user needs into clear business requirements.
• Experience leading teams through discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and JIRA toolkit for product delivery.
• Ability to analyze disparate data sources to develop scalable product features.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications or equivalent cloud experience.
• Deep understanding of APIs, transactional data, and service-as-a-product frameworks.
• Experience in financial services, digital products, and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of CSM, CSPO certifications, and prior software development experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
