As a Trading Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee middle office systems and ensure data environment readiness.
• Maintain data integrity through regular validation tests and reconciliation.
• Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data across multiple systems.
• Process client portfolio requests using workflow tools efficiently and accurately.
• Escalate operational incidents promptly and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong academic background with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in process automation and data analysis using Python, Alteryx, SQL, and VBA.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex operational issues clearly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and execute with urgency.
• Understanding of investment products and a control-oriented mindset.
