Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Solution Development
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art models, including LLMs, for use cases such as Document Q&A, Information Retrieval, Summarization, and Search.
- Develop data pipelines and workflows to ensure data quality, preprocessing, and validation for accurate model performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Technology, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Strategy, and Business Management teams to deploy AI/ML solutions into production.
- Translate business requirements into data science projects and assist leadership in defining problem statements and execution roadmaps.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate innovative solutions across the FP&A organization.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, conducting trainings on AI/ML topics.
- Advise cross-functional teams on improving productivity and efficiency through advanced analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, ML/DL algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in NLP, Generative AI, and advanced ML/DL techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts.
- Familiarity with large-scale financial data and analytics platforms.
