Key Responsibilities
As a Vice President, Product Manager – HR Core Data, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to HR and business stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery, market research, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic goals and enhance employee experience.
- Define and track key success metrics such as cost, functionality, reliability, and risk posture for HR Core Data products.
- Drive adoption of discovery-oriented product management practices and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and functional leaders to define outcome-based priorities.
- Implement technology enhancements that align with JPMorgan Chase’s strategic objectives.
- Simplify processes, manage organizational change, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions and next steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, and value management.
- Strong Oracle HCM Cloud experience as a superuser or implementor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams collaboratively.
- Skilled in data management, with focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in large, matrixed, complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR module.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum teams with familiarity in Agile methodologies and tools.
