Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the conversational AI product strategy to deliver customer value.
- Lead AI/ML/NLP initiatives from concept to delivery, collaborating with ML engineers, software developers, data scientists, and designers.
- Incorporate cutting-edge Gen AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and deep learning technologies into product solutions.
- Manage product discovery, market research, and backlog prioritization to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Track key product metrics such as cost, functionality, reliability, and risk posture, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Drive agile product development, including Jira epic creation, sprint planning, and team coordination.
- Collaborate with computational linguists and data annotation teams to ensure high-quality training data for ML models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
- Hands-on expertise in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning, including LLMs.
- Proven experience building large-scale AI systems and leading cross-functional teams.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive product lifecycle activities, from discovery to launch and value management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, leading Scrum teams, and using Jira for backlog management.
- Familiarity with system design, scaling, and deployment of AI/ML products.
- Publications or patents in AI/ML/NLP, or experience with responsible AI practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, PyTorch, and LLM prompting.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
