Key Responsibilities

  • Manage annual and ongoing financial planning for auto finance product lines, including forecasting, budgeting, and consumption/demand analysis.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance and communicate insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor financial and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial/business metrics, drive efficiency, and recommend improvements.
  • Enhance financial controls and reporting processes, introducing automation where possible.
  • Prepare management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for business leaders.
  • Support the CFO and leadership teams with strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce cycle times through automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL and Alteryx for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools in banking.
