Deloitte India is seeking an Associate Director in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) PMO to lead critical security and risk initiatives in Pune. The ideal candidate will manage ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, third-party risk programs, and digital payment system security, leveraging expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, IoT, and automation. Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – Cybersecurity GRC PMO, you will:
- Manage ISO/IEC 27001 certification including developing and maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS), conducting internal audits, gap analyses, and preparing for external audits.
- Develop and oversee third-party risk management programs, including vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and contract compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Ensure digital payment system security compliance with PCI-DSS and collaborate with service providers and internal teams to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, IoT, Metaverse) and integrate innovative security solutions.
- Lead creative initiatives in content creation, such as presentations, infographics, and knowledge dissemination, to support thought leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams, CXOs, industry experts, and clients, fostering meaningful discussions around cybersecurity strategy.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to project teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and third-party risk management.
- MS Office proficiency and strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, Automation, IoT, and Metaverse.
- Ability to create innovative and engaging content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to 1–2 industry sectors is preferred.
