Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – PEGA / Appian Developer, you will:
- Design and implement Appian applications using SAIL, Process Models, Web APIs, Smart Services, and Appian Sites.
- Lead end-to-end development and integration of automation solutions using Appian/PEGA platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning for high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate applications with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
- Support deployment activities and production releases in Agile environments.
- Document technical designs, reusable components, and solution best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building strong project teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 3–10 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in Appian or PEGA development.
- Valid Appian L2 certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Appian/PEGA architecture, SAIL, Sites, Records, Interfaces, and Expression Rules.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS, SQL, and system integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Appian Admin Console and environment configuration.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and guide project teams.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, and automation technologies.
