Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality by embedding automation testing and AI/ML solutions into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Design, develop, and maintain test frameworks and reusable automation components.
- Execute daily certification tests and ensure the highest quality standards for consumer engineering applications.
- Mentor and guide team members on automation frameworks and best practices.
- Research, recommend, and implement tools to increase test automation efficiency.
- Proactively identify issues, propose innovative solutions, and maintain meticulous test documentation.
- Monitor software quality using KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in automation QA/SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
- Expertise in GenAI applications in test automation.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, and BDD methodologies.
- Proficient with Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Git Actions.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Thorough understanding of Agile SDLC and automated QA processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud-based test environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and lead initiatives for improved quality.
- Experience in enterprise healthcare software applications is a plus.
