Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Compensation

• Lead regional and global performance appraisal processes.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to managers on performance reviews.
• Manage compensation reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and equity.
• Analyze internal and external compensation data for decision support.
• Partner with global HR teams on salary benchmarking and ROI calculations.

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee lifecycle management.
• Support leadership with employee engagement, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
• Partner with learning & development to design training plans.
• Deliver insights from HR data to enable informed decisions.

Employee Relations

• Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution in partnership with HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
• Provide coaching and guidance on sensitive HR issues.
• Anticipate potential HR challenges and develop proactive solutions.

Employee Engagement & Change Management

• Design and implement employee engagement programs across IMEA.
• Lead global HR initiatives tailored for the IMEA workforce.
• Collaborate with global teams on succession planning, talent reviews, and wellbeing.
• Drive change management initiatives and organizational development projects.

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to hire top talent.
• Guide managers in job description design and leveling.
• Support culture-fit interviews and final-round candidate assessments.
• Lead onboarding, buddy programs, and orientation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in consulting or multinational firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and global HR practices.
• Proven expertise in talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
