Core Responsibilities
As a Consultant in Compensation Consulting, you will:
- Conduct market research and salary surveys to support competitive compensation strategies.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including job evaluations and salary structure updates.
- Collaborate with team members on various compensation projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized compensation data and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support consultants in creating client proposals and interacting with clients for preliminary information.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and compensation trends.
