Key Responsibilities
Actuarial & Financial Modeling
- Develop actuarial models for statutory liability computation, pricing, embedded value, and appraisal value using proprietary software.
- Implement IFRS17 and asset-liability management projects.
- Document actuarial model changes and summarize results accurately.
Automation & Technology
- Apply automation technologies to enhance actuarial processes and reporting.
- Build cashflow models or automation engines for client solutions.
- Assist senior leadership in designing innovative automation solutions.
- Continuously explore new coding languages and tools to drive process improvement.
Client Engagement & Project Delivery
- Manage workstreams in process transformation projects.
- Collaborate with project leaders to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, introducing clients to WTW’s offerings.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions based on analysis.
Team Leadership & Development
- Guide and mentor junior colleagues, supporting skill development and career progression.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
- Contribute to WTW’s intellectual capital by pursuing innovation opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in actuarial roles within life insurance or consulting/financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building cashflow models or automation engines.
- Strong expertise in actuarial software (Data Validator, Risk Agility FM, Unify).
- Proficiency in VBA, Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of reserving, pricing, embedded values, and other technical actuarial topics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver solutions independently.
- Strong interest and aptitude for learning new technology and coding languages.
- Completion of at least 9 actuarial exams from Institute of Actuaries of India or UK.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to manage actuarial projects, automation initiatives, and client deliverables.
