Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Accelerator Product Leader to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Continuously groom the backlog, prioritize release and sprint backlogs, and remove roadblocks for the Scrum team.
- Lead grooming/backlog refinement meetings, participate in all sprint ceremonies, and triage bugs during development.
- Facilitate user requirement walkthroughs and clarify technical needs to ensure smooth development cycles.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the successful delivery of product releases.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum team.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proactively make decisions on behalf of the Product Leader to unblock teams and escalate issues as needed.
- Support global virtual teams and promote a unified “ONE TEAM” approach across regions.
AI & Technology Integration
- Leverage AI technologies, prompt engineering, and emerging AI trends to enhance product outcomes.
- Apply knowledge of AI trends to enterprise software and user experience improvements.
- Ensure product development aligns with industry best practices and company standards.
Problem Solving & Product Vision
- Articulate business problems clearly, enabling Scrum teams to develop effective solutions.
- Utilize story mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Maintain focus on the product roadmap and contribute to strategic planning for AI product initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of experience in technology, with 4+ years in product development.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions based on research and industry knowledge.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and driving discussions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, prompt engineering, and Agile Scrum practices.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar issue-tracking platforms.
- Ability to work in virtual global teams with strong collaboration skills.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum lifecycle and product management methodologies.
