Key Responsibilities
Global Program Management:
- Administer and implement the ESPP program globally, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Lead country-specific implementation in partnership with regional HR and payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax requirements, and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Partner with global ESPP leadership to standardize processes and ensure accuracy across regions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Facilitate regular meetings with local payroll and HR teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure program compliance.
- Support development of toolkits, FAQs, and educational materials for regional implementation.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Leverage automated HR systems and file feeds for efficient data integration.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Communications Coordination:
- Distribute multilingual communications, including program announcements, enrollment reminders, and tax guides.
- Guide country-specific messaging to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Coordinate educational webinars and sessions with local teams for Fidelity and HR communications.
Meeting Leadership:
- Conduct weekly ESPP planning meetings.
- Manage country-specific payroll coordination sessions.
- Lead communications touchpoints with HR and internal communications teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation, benefits administration, or payroll coordination.
- 1-2 years managing an ESPP program is preferred.
- Strong understanding of international payroll systems, legal compliance, and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple time zones and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
