Roles & Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships with mid-level client stakeholders.
- Act as a client advisor, delivering end-to-end HR solutions in alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and manage project deliverables.
Project Delivery & Management
- Execute mid-to-large complexity HR projects, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables with zero rework.
- Participate in data analysis, project charters, and POV development to support client recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge transfer for internal and client teams.
HR & Talent Solutions Expertise
- Rewards Advisory: Compensation benchmarking, incentive design, variable pay strategy, ESOP planning, job evaluation, salary surveys.
- Talent Advisory: Organization design, leadership development, performance management system design, competency frameworks, workforce resilience, DEIB initiatives.
- Workforce Analytics: Leverage proprietary Aon data and insights to support data-driven HR decisions.
Thought Leadership & Business Development
- Support creation of industry thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and events.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities, contributing to business growth.
- Participate in internal and client workshops to enhance HR solution delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in teams.

Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline; Master’s from a recognized international institution is a plus.
- Experience: 1–5 years of HR consulting or HR COE experience in C&B, organizational design, leadership development, or talent management.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Organizational Transformation, and DEIB initiatives.
