Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding for non-IT roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to align on hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified talent for current and future hiring requirements.
- Employer Branding: Promote Aon’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Data & Metrics: Maintain accurate and insightful recruitment data, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Interview Process Management: Coordinate complex interview schedules, including multi-round assessments and evaluations.
- Offer Management: Support offer negotiations and finalize employment terms with candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and recruitment best practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 3–4 years in talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT recruitment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
