Kroll is hiring a Senior Consultant in Valuation Services for its Mumbai office. Key Responsibilities
Valuation & Financial Analysis
- Perform valuation analysis across public and private entities using globally recognized approaches.
- Design and review financial models including DCF, comparable company, market transaction, and option pricing models.
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and proposals for client engagements.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure timely completion of engagements and work plans.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and high-quality deliverables.
- Identify potential engagements and assist in drafting engagement letters.
Project Management & Reporting
- Track and maintain engagement codes, reporting, and invoicing.
- Support internal management by providing insights on client needs and market trends.
- Contribute to publications and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in valuation and financial services.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA, or professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with senior management.
- Experience working with diverse teams and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of Capital IQ, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, KTMine.
- Flexibility to travel internationally or domestically on short notice.
