Key Responsibilities
Dispute & Advisory Support
- Provide advisory services on contractual and dispute-related matters.
- Support financial securities, economic damages, forensic accounting, and investigative services.
- Assist international arbitration and litigation teams with quantum analysis and drafting expert reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Forensically analyze large data sets, preparing clear, actionable reports.
- Perform quantum forensic analysis of contracts, tenders, claims, and variation/change orders.
- Review project budgets, rate analysis, and resource allocations.
Contract & Risk Management
- Evaluate contracts for risks and claims potential.
- Develop and pursue claims up and down the supply chain.
- Document findings in line with industry best practices and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft notes, external communications, and project deliverables.
- Attend marketing events, seminars, and lectures to build client relationships.
- Support national and international travel engagements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying; MSc is an advantage.
- RICS or MRICS qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of construction-related industry experience; 1+ years in quantum forensic analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Energetic, proactive, inquisitive, and professional attitude.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
