Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain and update client property data including legal entities, accounts, parcels, and assets.
- Ensure client information is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Research and process property tax bills and notices efficiently.
- Prepare estimated property tax liability accruals.
Client Interaction & Coordination
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring client needs are met.
- Assist in coordinating assignments and prioritizing tasks with the lead.
- Initiate and follow up on data requests from clients.
Compliance & Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about current property tax laws, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
