Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to prepare, adjust, and verify pre-bill documents before invoicing.
- Enter data accurately into accounting systems to update and manage projects.
- Assist Accounting in revenue recognition, sales tax validation, and other accounting controls.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple billing projects within tight deadlines.
- Proactively resolve complex billing issues, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with clients.
- Support special projects and continuous improvements in billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and accounting best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Windows OS, network storage, and archival technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable working with North America time-zone overlaps.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Project Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience in project billing or legal billing preferred.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Strong familiarity with finance systems, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing reporting needs in a dynamic environment.
