Key Responsibilities
AI & Data Science Delivery
- Build, review, and implement AI, Generative AI (GenAI), ML, and NLP solutions.
- Develop APIs and handle large-scale datasets using modern analytics tools.
- Work with advanced GenAI models (GPT-4, GPT-4o, Llama) and AI architectures using vector databases/RAG approaches.
- Deliver analytics solutions for buy/sell-side due diligence engagements to identify value creation opportunities.
Client Engagement & Project Delivery
- Manage mid-to-large scale engagements, ensuring smooth delivery across regions.
- Prepare demo tools and client-ready AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate between technology and business functions.
- Directly contribute to client delivery, reporting, and actionable insights.
Analytics, Reporting & Statistical Insights
- Utilize statistical techniques (linear/non-linear regression, classification, optimization, forecasting).
- Interpret complex datasets to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Provide robust analytical insights to stakeholders and client teams.
Collaboration & Work Ethics
- Demonstrate proactive work initiative and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Flexible to travel as needed for transaction advisory and M&A projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in AI, ML, GenAI, LLMs, Python, and cloud deployment (MS Azure).
- Strong knowledge of M&A domain, due diligence, financial reporting, and value creation analytics.
- Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, and advanced BI/analytics visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working abilities.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic client demands and multi-regional coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Tier-1 preferred), Master’s in Business/Analytics a plus.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in AI, ML, GenAI, and LLM-based solutions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with natural language processing/generation and AI frameworks.
- 4+ years of experience with MS Azure deployment and knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, and data analytics techniques.
- Experience in programming, BI, and enterprise analytics platforms: Python, AWS/Azure/Snowflake, PowerBI/Tableau.
