Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Oracle FCCS, you will:

  • Implement Oracle EPM FCCS solutions for statutory, management, IFRS, and multi-GAAP reporting.
  • Configure and manage Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and HFR.
  • Develop and maintain FCCS/HFM business rules, calculation scripts, and metadata changes.
  • Build integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM systems using FDMEE and Data Management.
  • Execute allocations, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and capital reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure accurate Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Support audit and compliance processes related to financial reporting and EPM governance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on Oracle EPM FCCS, HFM, FCM, FDMEE, and Smart View experience.
  • Proven expertise in statutory reporting, management reporting, IFRS, multi-GAAP, intercompany, and currency translation processes.
  • Ability to write and modify FCCS/HFM rules, calculation scripts, and metadata.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, and ERP/HCM integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and client management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Oracle EPM certifications or relevant financial systems certifications.
  • Experience in finance transformation projects, ERP integration, and automation of financial reporting.
  • Exposure to audit and compliance procedures within FCCS/HFM environments.
