Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Manager – AI Hiring at KDN, you will:
- Develop and execute AI talent acquisition strategies to hire top professionals in AI, data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast talent needs and identify future skill gaps.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through direct outreach, networking, job boards, recruitment platforms, and events.
- Build and maintain a strong AI talent pipeline through proactive relationship management and research.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless, candidate-first experience.
- Monitor AI talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to design onboarding and retention programs tailored to AI hires.
- Represent KDN at industry conferences, tech meetups, and university hiring events to strengthen employer branding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in AI or emerging tech recruitment.
- Proven track record in hiring for fast-scaling technology teams.
- Strong knowledge of AI roles such as data scientists, ML engineers, AI researchers, and product managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
