Key Responsibilities
HR Process Transformation
- Lead HR process redesign and efficiency improvement initiatives using technology-enabled solutions.
- Conduct HR benchmarking, research, and analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for client deliverables.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, and communication planning.
- Implement change measurement techniques, including change readiness and business readiness surveys.
- Liaise with senior leadership, external advisors, and onshore teams to ensure smooth execution.
Organization Design & Workforce Experience
- Analyze and design HR structures, frameworks, systems, policies, and inter-personal elements such as culture and capability.
- Utilize tools like ARIS, Visio, OrgVue, and survey platforms to support organizational design initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior staff on HR processes and best practices.
Project Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Take full ownership of standalone deliverables, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Contribute to project pipeline development and capability-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with HR transformation trends and propose innovative solutions for client challenges.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge in HR Transformation, Target Operating Models, and Employee Experience Optimization.
- Proficient in HR analytics, process design, stakeholder management, and project/change management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OrgVue, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey/SurveyGizmo, ARIS, Visio.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of professional experience in HR transformation, organizational design, and workforce experience projects.
- Proven experience in managing international HR transformation engagements.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
