Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud Financials Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for complex US finance projects.
- Conduct business requirement analysis and interpret functional specification documents.
- Design and implement tenant builds, configuration, and system deployment.
- Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and quality checks to ensure robust financial processes.
- Create and maintain artifacts including fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Work independently with clients to understand requirements and provide Oracle financial solutions.
- Provide domain expertise on US finance processes, Oracle Cloud best practices, and industry standards.
- Act as a point of contact for technical and functional queries from client teams.
Project Execution & Support
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
- Support bug fixes, report creation, and PAAS environment provisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials implementations for US finance.
- Strong understanding of cloud application configuration and financial workflows.
- Proficiency in fit-gap analysis, tenant build, test scripts, and documentation.
- Experience in smoke testing, regression testing, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA from an accredited institution.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, US finance operations, or financial consulting.
- Proven track record in end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials delivery and project execution.
- Ability to work independently and manage medium to high-complexity projects.
