Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR process redesign and process improvement initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Drive HR operational efficiency through interventions, including HR technology solutions.
- Conduct HR benchmarking and research to support transformation initiatives.
- Analyze stakeholders, assess job impacts, and plan change communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain organization design analysis and process design using ARIS/Visio.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
- Manage standalone deliverables, taking ownership of client relationships and project success.
- Support capability building, demand generation, and strategic opportunity identification.
- Communicate HR transformation recommendations effectively to influence client decisions.
- Promote innovation and creative problem-solving in addressing client HR challenges.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR Transformation, Target Operating Models, HR Process Designs, and Employee Experience Transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, OrgVue, SurveyMonkey/Gizmo.
- Experience in organization development, change management, and project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR or equivalent Post Graduate Degree.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Target Operating Models, or Employee Experience projects.
