KPMG Global Services (KGS) is seeking a skilled Oracle Tech Development Consultant (UK) based in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is ideal for candidates with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technologies, including OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, PA, FA, PO, and Cash Management. The role offers exposure to Oracle Cloud technologies, RICE components, and OCI tools, providing a platform to expand expertise in cloud-based enterprise solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Technical Development
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion integrations (OIC, Reports, Conversions).
- Develop BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reports tailored to client requirements.
- Work on Oracle Fusion RICE components to support end-to-end business processes.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test Scripts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Client & Project Engagement
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), DevOps, Big Data, and NoSQL databases for enhanced project delivery.
Continuous Learning & Certification
- Maintain updated knowledge of Oracle Fusion tools, RICE components, and cloud technologies.
- Certification in Oracle technologies is a plus, enhancing credibility and technical capability.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion technologies: OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud modules: AP, AR, GL, PA, FA, PO, Cash Management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion RICE components.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OCI, DevOps, Big Data, Data Flow, and NoSQL databases.
- Oracle technology certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA / M.Tech or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Oracle Fusion development with minimum 1 year in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
