Key Responsibilities
As a PE Oracle CSD HCM Functional Consultant, you will:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Compensation solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and provide tailored HCM solutions.
- Assist in functional design documents, process flows, and system configuration.
- Support end-to-end HCM implementation, including testing, training, and deployment.
- Work closely with technical and onshore/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle HCM modules.
- Participate in workshops, status calls, and client presentations to ensure alignment and project success.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, and talent management is a plus.
- Experience in functional design, testing, and configuration.
- Ability to produce detailed business requirement and functional specification documents.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Comfortable working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably in Compensation modules.
- Client-facing exposure is an advantage.
