Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle SCM Manufacturing & Costing Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Cost Management implementations for clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement cost management solutions.
- Assist technical teams with conversions, integrations, and custom report development.
- Prepare comprehensive functional artifacts including fit-gap analyses, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Work closely with offshore and onshore teams, providing status updates and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Support Fusion Application configuration, testing, bug fixes, and solution designs.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and team members to ensure alignment and project success.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Cost Management implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH), or Procurement (PO) modules.
- Experience in integrations (inbound & outbound) and end-to-end SCM implementation.
- Client-facing experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce detailed business requirement and functional specification documents.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with onsite-offshore delivery models.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Oracle Cloud Inventory Management implementation experience.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects completed.
- Preferred: Exposure to Product Data Hub (PDH) or Procurement (PO) modules.
- Education: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc, MBA, MCOM, CA (Inter), or ICWA (Inter).
- Experience: 6–9 years in relevant roles.
