Summary
PwC India is hiring an Associate CRM Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 for its Advisory practice in Pune. This role is designed for professionals with 4–6 years of technical CRM consulting experience who want to drive end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, customizations, and integrations.
As part of the PwC Advisory team, you will work on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules), design enterprise-grade solutions, perform data migrations, and integrate applications with Microsoft Azure and other systems. Key Responsibilities
As a PwC CRM Technical Consultant in Pune, you will:
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).
- Develop client-side solutions using JavaScript, web resources, and server-side customizations with C# and .NET assemblies.
- Work with JavaScript frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
- Build and deploy REST APIs and integrate CRM with external systems (with/without middleware).
- Perform server administration and deployments for MSCRM applications.
- Use source control tools (GIT, VSS) for development and versioning.
- Design and implement solutions with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Lead data migration projects using MS Dynamics features or third-party tools.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services (Application Servers, Database Services, Service Bus).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 4–6 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical consulting.
- Mandatory Skills: Dynamics 365 CRM technical expertise.
- Preferred Skills: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
- Technical Proficiency: REST APIs, C#, .NET, Power Apps, Git, VSS, Azure services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
