Key Responsibilities
As part of PwC’s CRM Advisory practice, your responsibilities will include:
- Customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).
- Implementing client-side customizations (JavaScript, web resources) and server-side customizations (C#, .NET assemblies).
- Working with modern JavaScript frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS.
- Designing and developing REST APIs and integrating CRM with external systems (with/without middleware).
- Performing server administration and deployment for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Managing source control with tools such as GIT, VSS.
- Building and customizing solutions using Power Apps.
- Executing data migration projects via tools or Dynamics features.
- Leveraging Microsoft Azure services (Application Servers, Database Services, Service Bus).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- Experience: 4–8 years in CRM technical consulting and solution development.
- Core Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (technical expertise).
- Programming & Customization: C#, .NET, JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, AJAX).
- Integration Skills: REST APIs, external system integrations.
- Tools: Power Apps, Azure, Git, VSS.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, configuration, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
