Key Responsibilities
As a CRM Technical Consultant at PwC, you will:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet diverse business requirements.
- Develop workflows, custom modules, plugins, and system integrations using APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Handle data migration, cleansing, and third-party integrations with CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot CRM performance, data integrity, and access issues effectively.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployment cycles.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in CRM development and customization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; exposure to Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Experience with ETL/data migration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
