Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – SuccessFactors Payroll & Employee Central, you will:
- Implement SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors EC solutions in a global setup.
- Configure payroll functionalities: PCRs, wage type characteristics, payroll posting, and payslip/statutory reports.
- Provide production/warranty support and ensure statutory compliance for India payroll.
- Participate in design, UAT workshops, playback sessions, and process design reviews.
- Lead or support Employee Central configuration (Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheet, Benefits).
- Build custom MDFs, business rules, notifications, and localized EC solutions for India/Middle East.
- Manage data migration workstreams: templates, transformation, validation, and loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR transformation solutions.
Skills & Competencies
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (India statutory compliance).
- 2–6 years of experience, with 2–3 successful implementations (lead or support role).
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (certified practitioner preferred).
- Knowledge of statutory Infotypes, payroll configuration tables, and statutory reporting.
- Good communication, teamwork, and client management skills.
- Added advantage:
- SAP Payroll implementation in Middle East/Europe.
- Experience in Positive Time Management functionality.
- Certifications in SuccessFactors Payroll, Compensation, or other modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field (relevant certifications preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven ability to configure, test, and deploy payroll and HR transformation solutions.
