Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant – Procurement & Social Advisory, you will:
- Lead procurement and contract management for social sustainability and advisory projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop RFPs/EOIs for new or ongoing projects.
- Provide technical support to state health societies for PPPs, including proposal conceptualization and preparation.
- Analyze successful PPP programs across India to identify and implement best practices.
- Manage the bid process, including pre-bid meetings, publication of corrigenda, and technical/financial evaluations.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of social sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in Procurement, Bid Process Management, and Technical Report Writing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of social sustainability frameworks and public-private partnerships (PPP).
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable insights for clients.
