Responsibilities
As an AI/ML & Data Science Associate at PwC India, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and computer vision.
- Performing data exploration, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborating with data engineers to develop robust pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
- Delivering client projects in AI/ML, generative AI, and enterprise-grade AI use cases.
- Developing reusable AI assets, accelerators, and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using MLOps, containerization, and orchestration.
- Working with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering to enable scalable AI solutions.
- Ensuring Responsible AI, data governance, and compliance frameworks are applied across projects.
Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GenAI/Agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies
- Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing
- Understanding of Responsible AI, data governance, and compliance
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks
Qualifications
- Required:
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MBA, or MCA with 60%+ marks
- Certifications (Optional): Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications
- Years of Experience: 3–12 years in AI/ML or data science roles
